  1. Haha! Yeah, well I'm 16, and with no flying (I fly gliders) then theres plenties of time for models! So every chance I get, I build 'em models! I'm going to make a fibreglass stand for it, with some inspiration from this one: http://hsfeatures.com/features04/f15jas_1.htm Robin
  2. Morning everyone! Started this lovely kit last saturday, and I'm really impressed about it! It takes care of pretty much everything, so you don't have to worry about getting resin conversions for example, as the conversion parts, are already in the set. The plan is to make it as an inflight model, so the intakes have to be tilt down, but fourtunately, they have both down tilted, and level intakes, so you can do both, without having to scratch! Really really good thinking from Academy! Highly recommended kit! This is my first group build, so looking forward to see what you others come up with Here is my build area, a bit messy, but it does the job! Here is the intake detail, with the tiltet intake. This is because of aerodynamic reasons, that causes higher pressure in the intake/engines. Robin
  3. Just looked at the rules, and I can't join because this is over 25% completed, but will have a look out for othergroup builds at another point, but thanks for the offer mate Robin
  4. It's brilliant! Group build.. .Hmm, what group build? Robin
  5. Nice glider! This is the aerobatic one isn't it? I fly gliders myself, so I like to see gliders in here occasionally Robin
  6. Very nice! You've done a great job on the metallic finish, it looks great! Robin
  7. Splendid build! Really clean build, and it looks lovely!

  9. Love it! Nice to see some builds from my countries airforce sometimes, but you've done a crackin' job! Robin
  10. Haha! Don't know why, but this one made me laugh! What a funny looking thing, but what a brilliant build! Looks really nice. Well done! Robin
  11. Brilliant! Really love the RDAF Starfighter, but it probably has something to say, that I live in Denmark Crackin' job mate! Robin
  12. Looks really nice! Also, the paint job is brilliant! Though, I would have liked to see the canopy painted, as it would look a little more authentic. That said, it looks brilliant, and I like the display stand a lot! Often, simple is better! Keep up the good work! Robin
  13. Stupid discussion!!!! I really like it, and you have inspired me to do someting similar, with the same kit! So, I think it is something unique!!! Robin
