... and of course the 787 ??

Nils

Will do! Next time I see him will probably be in two weeks time!

You mean the MD-80 ?
Nils
Hi Nils!
I'm currently doing the ones in Norwegians current fleet.
I am, however, considering to do all of them,
- Fokker 50
- MD82
- MD83
- 737-400
- 737-500
I have had a small chat with Ruben from lndecals about this project, since he is the one I get my decals from, and lives basically ten minutes up the road

very nice pair, Robin, well done. i have to say, i was never tempted to build civilian aircrafts. i always thought its too clean and boring - now i have to say sorry to all who are building the civilian aircrafts, bcs during last week there were so many awesome built civilians like this one, i simply couldnt be more wrong with my thoughts.. i m even tempted to build some too haha
Heard it from many people! So you are not the only one! They may seem boring and simple to build, but there are certainly some other challenges that you have to tackle while doing civilian planes! And if you like, you can weather them as well! Nothing is correct, and nothing is wrong. It's all up to you It's your model!
Give it a go, but google the kit for mistakes, like the Revell one. There is in fact, a pinned topic in here in the civil planes section, where you can get info about correcting that particular kit
Give it a go some day, it's good fun! They are simple, and actually makes me feel like I get something done once in a while, compared to big mili jets/fighters with hundreds of parts

Nicely done, not a bad looking plane really. I would like to do a 777 as I'm in love with the size of those huge GE engines, but I'm also afraid of the size of a 1:144 one and where it could go!
There is always the oppourtunity to get the Hasegawa 1:200 one

Very nice!
Are you going to do all of them????

Humbrol 19 for the nose - dumb question - brush painted then? Awesome work if so. Nice going.
Cheers Mike!
No, it's been airbrushed

What a stunner!

Is that Revell's 800 with corrected winglets?
Cheers John, yup, sure is! And I corrected the engines as well, not spot on, but good enough for me

Hi modellers!
I just finished my first build of the year!
Minicrafts 737-400, converted to a -300.
Decals from lndecals.com, and I used a cheap rattle can for the white, and Humbrol 19 for the red nose.

Thanks alot guys!
I certainly like it as well, I like the T7 too! But love the 787.
Getting into the Airbus series slowly, but I made my first step into the Airbus world by installing Aerosoft's Airbus X for my flightsim. So now I can fly the A320/A321 + 737-600/700/800/900. FMC programming and so on. Also startet a few A320 sets, one to be OY-RCG, one to be one of Lufthansas Sharkletted A320's and one to be BA A320.
Thanks alot again!

Revell kit, out of the box. No added bits, just a straight forward build. I stumbled across a framed photo/painting - call it what you prefer, and though that would go well in my room. One day, I stumbled over this kit, and lobbed it in my room, along with the picture. And it was here, that I noticed that the painting I had bought, was in fact the boxart of the kit I had just bought! So it was a pretty easy decision, to choose what plane it should be built as. So, here goes:
