    I use very fine fishing line which finer than invisible thread but can be fanifickanarious to fit because you can hardly see it , The trouble is that it looks realistic.

    Be wary of SP kits like the Morane and the Nieuport. The Morane wings will be very fanificanarius to fit and as for the N 16 this just filled me with buyers remorse separate bottom wings coupled with NO location points for any of the struts means I will buy the Copper State model and maybe risk SP decals for a La Fayette scheme. I mean Roden don't even do this.

    Well it looks good with WNW's hallmark all over it but we do get decal options so my order goes in tomorrow.

    I think this a sensible move as recently I've been hunting these on Ebay and unfortunatly prices are going up.

    Looks like I will save loads of money. I don't trust Rodet with any of these and the choice of subjects leaves me cold, also at the price charged I would want decals that work. I want an Abatros!

    Doing mine at present I needed some lozenge decals(HGW) and Eduard LMGs. Add some plasticard and you should get a reasonable Siemens, I hope you have some other decals to make it a bit different. I am going for a Jasta 12 scheme which is blue and white. Happy modelling Ted.

    Good luck, I'm sure there will be pots of work. I bought one of their Rumpler C1,s at the same time but the kit isn't broken so I will have to have a go in the not too distant future. Now I do wonder if we will see kits of these types again so lets enjoy.

    That's if we get some options, at present I've heard of a double issue early and late versions, a single version and now with a bust(not original) so it all depends on what we get.

    Think I might get one while hoping for another release with interesting decals( the Manfred Von scheme is just an easy option). So I will just sell the bust off in my bargain bin!

    Don't worry Duncan, got two of the Fokkers and lots of the little Fokkers with sexy decal sheets, with Herman the German sold off and a trip today to a well known model shop along the M62 corridor = happy days.

    Check Ebay folks someone in the UK is offering a WnW's HB W29 FOR £825.

    Yes I'm up for the Triplanes but pray Meng provide a decal sheet that is'nt the usual Manfred Von and wonder Voss schemes. I would really like decals for Jasta 11 for instance. I hope the price is ok too because recent expenditure on WnW's kits have left me eating Pot Noodles( not really ).

    Well yes I am a WW1 aviation fan who for years was hooked on 1/72 scale. This is why I joined IPMS IN 1978 to get advice on rigging models. The rest is history. Anyway last December I decided to add to my 1 WNW's kit, a box damaged Rumpler and WHAT a good move it was. These kits are b.....y marvellous and invite great care and attention. Oh yes I saw this coming but it still hurts so I sincerely hope something good will emerge.

    A wonderful HB W12 arrived from over the penines with a good price considering my cheeky bid for a D1v on Ebay was blown away in the slipstream for £156. Moral, stick to those traders you know. They are the the way, the truth and the light!

    Just got another WnW Albatros' J18 and have ordered Wnw Tripe Hound and HB W12 from a well known northern model shop. I'd better get a move on!

    Hobo you have been reading my thoughts as I have been saying this for months Wnw' s biggies looked over indulgent and when the releases of Albatros and pfalz came along I suspected cash flow issues. Very sad and I MUST BUY MORE!

    A word of warning don't buy cheap tools. My bargain set of drill bits were just BLUNT. Think twice !

    Hurray won an Ebay auction on a WNW Hawa with a bit of Eduard photo etch. These kits look awesome and very juicy now I can afford a few. True to form the next build will be a Roden Siemens D111 to cut my teeth so to speak. Jasta 12 livery. Now a question for you folk. What are the merits of RR's build books on WNW's kits when they provide a " book " with each kit,
