    Just jammed a rodet Nieuport 28 on an auction site for the sum of £21 now as I am building one the only thing I can say is ' forewarned is forearmed, model on KITCAT

    OOH! I resisted but after having been in one And after the flight over my house this turned out to be a fruitless exercise. I bought the last one in my LMS namely HMW. Now what about the add ons ?

    I am with you on this one Paul but the whole point here is " does it look right" and if doesn't then leave alone and have confidence in your own work because this whole game is about enjoyment and once it gets fannyficanarious then I'm out. There are some wonderful colour schemes out there to do and maybe try get into painting the wooden propellers . If you are doing 1/32 scale maybe eyelets and Model Factory Hiro black flexible tubing.

    Start verlag have just release a book and associated decal sheet(1/48 and 1/72) on Jasta 14. It all looks pretty good and I think I might wait until Hannants get some stock in. The book cost about E64 and the decals at E20, In short lots of new photos on the Albatros and Fokker fighters from the royal Prussian Jasta.

    Nothing at all just a confused Kitcat who feels like a child peering in to a sweet shop window. With a pocket full of change and not able to enter because the shop is still closed and any utterance from the owners is about as clear as the Pythia of Delphi .

    I cannot for the life of me imagine all the staff are at hand to revive the Co. So we are left with a stock clear out and Maybe a shipment sent to SOMEONE overseas?

    Finally got my mits on a Meng triplane but only one mind you as I will wait to see if things change and I don't have a fixation one these. So maybe another at a later date and praying for so interesting decal options.

    Oh dear spending again. Bought one of the last WnW's Halberstadts because I like these and it was standing lonely on the shelf. Now stocked up on these. Also a little Sopwith triplane and the Micro-Mir Fokker EV. The only thing on the want list now is another WnW's Albatros Dva( I mean you cannot have too many, can you). Not paying Ebay rip of prices- never.

    For the record I use Bayer ultima 0.06 mm (10 oz) fishing line which is thinner than the invisible thread I used in the last century for 1/72 builds.
