Wonderland Models are proud to announce that we will be attending the Scale Scotland Model Show.
Scale Scotland Model Show takes place at the Hilton Hotel, Edinburgh Airport on Saturday 26th of August 2017. We have a superb array of club displays, competitions, trade stands and high quality demos all for you to enjoy on the day! In addition, our partner’s HiFi Corner will have a full demo suite running all day with both war movies and sci-fi movie clips, and our WW1 re-enactor friends will ensuring that everything is run in ‘tip-top’ fashion.
Additional parking allocation has been arranged, and there will be additional catering on the day with the Scale Scotland BBQ, running hot and cold refreshments. Lots more news to follow, so please do check the website for announcements and our Facebook page for more immediate updates.
For those of you travelling to our show and looking for accommodation, the Hilton Hotel have set us a special room rate.

Important Customer Notice 04/01/21

Following on from the Scottish Government announcement today regarding Level Four restrictions Wonderland Models is not allowed to welcome visitors into the store at the moment although a "Click and Collect" service is available. However the government is encouraging mailorder firms to stay open so our site in Edinburgh is still processing internet orders every day. We will let you know if and when this changes.

We have seen an increase in the number of orders we are receiving but nothing we can't handle and a lot of express orders still go out the same day. Please be aware though that the guaranteed delivery dates eg 24 hour are are all suspended. No delivery date guarantees are in force from any carrier at this time. Our hard working staff are working extremely most days to try to keep up with demand and appreciate your patience at the moment.

Model paints orders take much longer to get ready so there are 2-3 day delays on these orders. Please be patient. We are going as fast as we can!

Please note that we do NOT accept any orders over the telephone. All orders must be placed online. Make sure you give us your email address and mobile phone number so you can receive courier notifications regarding the date and time of your delivery.

When placing your order please double check that your delivery address is correct bearing in mind you will probably be getting the parcel sent to your home rather than your work.

Currently we are providing only a very limited telephone service. This is because we have so many orders to process and fewer staff to do them. Best contact is by email.

At this time we are not sending parcels outside Europe until further notice.
