Selwyn has it spot on looking at the sprues, but still a welcome addition to the stash. We just need a T10/T12 now and all will be well in the world -
Dave, I was speaking to my old man just before Christmas and he remebers it well as he was stationed at Gaydon in 67 and they spent some time practicing out of the station

I agree with you from a wargaming point of view as there are so many new ranges from other manufacturers made from either resin or harder platic and are aimed at the wargaming market

I think the days of kids buying plastic toy soldiers has died out and can understand the reason behind it

Just stunning Bill -
I have a feeling at least 3 will find their way into my stash minimum. Will go nicely with the Lightnings and Victor (Please do a tanker Mr Airfix)

I know that this is slightly off topic but wasn't the Airfix side profit making for Hornby but what let them down was the train side of the business? I just hope a couple of decent British cold war jets in either 1/72 or 1/48 (both to be honest) would be great

Just looking at the T4 and noticed the ariels are missing from just behind the canopy and the lower one towards the aft. Also the one on the spine should not be there at all as per picture http://www.airliners.net/photo/UK-Air-Force/Hawker-Siddeley-Harrier-T4/1213296 -

Cracking build Peter -
My 2 pennies worth would be a 1/48 cold war subject ie a bucc or toom, which would make them loads of money (just wishing). 3 or 4 new 1/72 subjects with a smattering of repops.
