    I have a Trumpeter 1/48 MiG 21F in the stash. Was wondering if it ever carried the K-5 missile better known as the AA-1 Alkalai. Trumpeter added it in the stores loadout. However, I cannot find any reference to it. Thanks

    Didn't realize this is an academy re-pop. Panel lines in that kit are trenches for 1/144 scale. Also the canopy is not raked enough. Too bad.

    Fantastic! Already have the Academy B-47 kit which is great. Would love to see a new tool kit of the Hustler. Hopefully with the TCP weapon and fuel pod in addition to the 4x mk 43s.

    I just "pulled the trigger" on the 700. Got the BOAC version. I don't think it has the early version non-radar nose. Not sure though. Probably weeks till I receive the kit.

    I've been toying with getting the EE kit. I built the Welsh kit. It's nice. But like you Mike, I prefer injected kits. I also agree it's rather steep, but it is the only game in town. ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ™
