  1. The reversed colours on the wing leading edge called my attention. Very nice model!
  2. I agree, truly lovely. In addition to the Blenheim, you may also need a P-36 and a Hurricane ...
  3. The finishing is stunning, with realistic paint chipping and a slight weathering, giving the appearance of a plane not too worn (I also make my models that way). A fabulous Liberator, with a cool Leigh light. Congratulations!
  4. Nice model, I liked it! I buit this same kit a while ago and I used a type of silicone-based clear elastic thread (for sewing finishing, I think) for rigging. I had no EZ-line at the time.
  5. Very nice model, I did not know the type. It's like a "motorcycle" between the larger helicopters.
  6. Almost ready for a mission (judging by the gentlemen still checking the plane). Very good model with very good scratchbuilt details added. Congratulations!
  7. The white stripes painted over with O.D. (or with the white paint "removed", according to post D-day directives) are especially interesting. An effect not frequently seen on kits. Of course, there are many other very very good things in this montage/painting, just look at the photos. A super model (no machine gun in the nose? ).
  8. Very nice model. My preferred twin engined bomber.
  9. Hot colours, great assembly. I liked it very much.
  10. Me too . I have a few other kits queued to be built first, but the turn of the Wallace will come. Cheers!
  11. ...And Now For Something Completely Different...
  12. I also dreamed of this "expensive" kit in the 70's. I only managed to buy an Airfix B-29 (second-hand, in a swap meet) in the 90's, when then the new Academy B-29 1/72 was "in fashion", and those old jewels from Airfix and FROG (as well as vacuum-formed kits) have gone down in price.
  13. Have you used an image editing software to rework the photos of an actual plane? The details and the finishing are absolutely stunning! I also doubt that a better Matchbox Fury has ever been built anywhere.
