Wow, one of my favourites and that is a upper class model. I like the base, that makes Dorothy lively. A really good work and it would never be boring to look on it. Regards, Udo.

Hi! What can I say what is not saying from the others. For this scale it`s absolutely impressive and the colours are very close. You made a very good Job on this Dora, please more from this. Regards, Udo.

Hi Vitor! An absolutely outstanding model and I enjoy it to take more than one look on it. But, I have a question about the colour. The paint instruction says that the main colour is silver and your`s is grey. What is right now? My opinion goes with the grey, for it looks better than the silver but I will do my Gnat in the right colours and I hope some of the RAF expert can bring a light in the darkness. Regards, Udo.

Hello to all! I only read the entire post and sometimes I asked myself, what kind of stuff did they smoke. I think the problem are the distributors. I was 2008 in Manila and buy some Kits, but no Hasegawa, they have the same price like here in Europe. I bought two big Academy 1/32 Jets ( F-16 and F-18 D ) for the half price like here in Germany. You see, it is possible to buy Kits to a fair Price, but Hasegawa Kits I only buy in evilbay. Regards, Udo. PS: The other way is that Revell Kits have the same price in the Philippines like here in Germany. I dont know the Hasegawa buisiness.

Hello everybody! Here is my interpretation of the Churchill Mk. VII Tank in Crocodile configuration. OK, the trailer is missing, they are waiting for coulor. I used Humbrol paints, Friul Tracks and AK for a light weathering. I`m not sure on which base I positioned the tank, so I let me open some options for more weathering. At the time, I´m waiting for some figures from mini art, the British Tank crew, so I will added them if there are come. Please feel free to comment and sorry, this is my first tank model since the last 12 years. Normally I´m building aircraft model. Regards, Udo. PS: Some pictures are a little bit to dark, sorry for that.

Hey Ian! No Problem and the model stand at your home and you are satisfied with it, that`s the most important thing. I reed it in the technical manuals, that all German F-104 are painted in that RAL9006 colour, when they leave the factory. It is possible that some old colour will be used, like on the F-84 F when the 104 come out of maintenance. I think the most problem of this colour is, that they are faded out very heavy and then it become shine like grey colour. You are right when you look on some photos that they looked grey, but it is a very faded white aluminium. I hope you are not angry with my comment and wish you all the best for the other F-104 that you are planing to built. Regards, Udo.
-
Hello! I be with all the other comment and this 104 looks really great, but I have a question about the underside painting. Why did you use a shade of grey? Please understand it right, I will nothing to say about your model, but RAL9006 White Aluminium where the right paint on German F-104. A lot of people make this little mistake and I know, at a real F-104, the aluminium colour look like a grey colour. A friend of mine did also build a Marine 104 and it looks so: Sorry for that little criticise and congratulations for that wonderful Model. Regards, Udo.

Hello! Very nice work work so far and a good idea with the archer rivets on transfer fim. What shade of paint do you used for the interior? I`m not sure what paint can I used and the revell painting guide is more for the garbage than to used. On some pictures the interior look like the outside paint and that was RAL 7012, but I´m not sure. A few weeks ago I write to Westland and to the German Marineflieger about the colour, the only answer was nothing. For my build I will take a look of your work and I hope it will be nearly half so good like your`s. Very impressive. Regards, Udo.

Hi Shaun! I only knows the xtracoulor Nr. 260 or you can mix your own coulor with white and a little bit of light grey or take the revell coulor Nr. 371 semi gloss. all are perfect. Regards, Udo.
-
Hi Shaun! The radom coulor is RAl 7035 Lichtgrau, the same like the early Marine Tornado undersides. I hope that helps. Cheers, Udo.

Hello everybody! What could I say about this kit? OK, it looks like a Corsair and that`s all. The kit has an excellent fitting, but some of the details are not up to date or not in the kit. I added resin seats and main tires and used the decals from Icarus. Colours from Humbrol and Testors and free hand sprayed with a Badger 150. It´s not my best one, but for testing for the 32 scale it`s OK. Here are some pics. Regards, Udo. PS: The canopy is not glued yet, because I will placed it in open position. Also the Pylons and the two tanks will be added later.
