  1. Very old airfix kit. I considered this as a try in 1/72 scale
  2. worth every bit the efforts, she's stunning
  3. In first place I wanted to use the Tamiya etch set, but giving it a try it turned out to warp once you install the wings, so I made home-made rigging using eylets and turnbuckles. That turned out well cause ya can fix em in one wing first and fix the other ends once the wing is mounted. Took me bout half an hour to do it.
  4. great work on that pit. This is a fine kit, I've build the original ( AM ) version
  5. Now this is waht I call a superb job in any way. May I ask what you used for the rigging, I mean those bucles, are they the PE stuff that's included in the kit or is it homemade ?? I have this kit in my stash and I'm quite anxious starting building it
  6. maybe, if I live long enough, within a few decades I will reach these standards. JUST GREAT !!
  7. woow, that's a superb build, really stunning, makes me wanna do an airliner
  8. thnx guys, not my best build, but I like it though
  9. Recently finished this one, hours counted together less than a day. No weathering applied exept for some panellineswash. The kit fits great exept for the canopy wich is too smal. What I did not know then but do know now is that the antenna wire is not needed on the MkVa, but then, I know nothing 'bout aircraft, just like to model them
  10. great !! a competition winner you've got there
  11. yep they are as part of the etch-fret, I'll add em in final stage
