  1. And my comment is: What a fine Bucc' you've built! I have the same kit - somewhere in the 'Bermuda Triangle' I call attic (things DO disappear and reappear up there! ) and I can only hope that mine will turn out as good as yours! Cheers Hans J
  2. One can never have enough 'Scooters'! And that's a fact! Sometimes I play with the thought of selling off all my other modelkits -And there's a lot! - and only keep the A-4's! I just love the A-4 and yours is a great model! I've never seen this aggressor scheme, but it sure suits the plane! Thanks for sharing! Cheers Hans J
  3. We are being spoiled! Two Whirlwinds in one week - and one is as pretty as the next one! Cheers Hans J
  4. Britmodeller has a review of the Hobbyboss 1/48 A-7E - which apart from minor details is the same kit. Cheers Hans J
  5. Beautifull! I had the kit and decals myself, but it was just too big for me, so I'm glad someone else built it so I can see it! A job well done! Cheers Hans J
  6. ..And it's beautiful! The Whirlwind has been a favourite of mine since childhood oh so many moons ago! Your build has brought back some memories from when I built this kit myself! Cheers Hans J
  7. What a great model! It's always nice to see a model by someone who is passionate about the subject and has the skills to see it through! Well done indeed! Cheers Hans J
  8. Ah - the Comet - always brings a smile to my face! It's such a beautiful plane and your pictures certainly does it justice! The pictures of the Lysander are my favourites though - you know, short, a bit round and having a couple of years under (and over) the belt... reminds me - of me! Thanks for the pictures! Cheers Hans J
  9. I have spent sitting here for 15 minutes to come up with a fun response - nothing yet! Cheers Hans J
  10. I am by no means a good modeller of figures , but now and then I like to try to paint a figure. Here's my latest atempt: Feline Female ( Catwoman) I was inspired by The Golden Age Catwoman of the 40'es. The figure is a slight conversion of the Masterbox 1/24 Francoise figure. I made the 'mask' of Greenstuff and painted it with acrylics. Cheers Hans J
  11. Ah - this brings back memories! I built this version - but back in the 90'es! Yours look better than mine though! Cheers Hans J
  12. I like it! It's a Hornet - it's a navy plane - it's well weathered! What's not to like? Cheers Hans J
  13. It's always great to see one of Airfix' oldies but goodies brought to 'life' - especially when done as well as yours! Cheers Hans J
  14. Thanks for the insight! I have the same kit - somewhere - and it's great to get that kind of information! Think I'll build mine with the canopy open then! As for your 'Deuce' - it's a fine looking model - I can only hope mine will turn out this well too! Cheers Hans J
  15. I think you could say that about many things - planes, houses, cars (even some celebrities! Maybe it's my age showing! ) But apart from that, I think you have made a beautifull model - one I also have considered! Well done Cheers Hans J
  16. A model well done indeed! I built the Auster Antarctic, which is the same kit, and had a lot of fun with it. To me the advantage of building these older kit is, that I'm not that worried about butchering it up, as I am when building a new hitech kit! It's more relaxing to me, which is probably the reason why I have a lot of new kits, but always build the older ones! Cheers Hans J
  17. WOW! This is a beautifull model of a beautifull car! I remember seeing this show when I was a child albeit on german television as it wasn't shown on the danish tv channel. Luckily for me I grew up only 20 km north of the danish/german border so watching german television was a daily occurrence! They had many shows that weren't on the danish channel, like Star Trek (Raumschiff Enterprise) and Starsky and Hutch! Cheers Hans J
  18. In my book you don't need to improve anything! I would be proud to have a model this fine! Cheers Hans J
  19. Now THAT is interesting! - and very well done too! You don't see many ground vehichles used by the airforces, so this is just the way I like it! Cheers Hans J
  20. I like it! It have made me wanting to build my own one! "Once More To the Bench, Dear Friends!" - as soon as I have finished the current project and I don't get sidetracked before that! Cheers Hans J
  21. Wow! I could look at this for hours and still find new things to dwell on! Wow! Cheers Hans J
  22. You've proven beyond doubt, that there is still life in the old kits! What a beauty! Cheers Hans J
  23. A fine collection of an interesting albeit overlooked plane! Well done! Cheers Hans J
  24. OK - going out on a limb here: A injection molded 1/48 McDonnell XP-67 Moonbat! Why? - I hear you ask - It's übercool! Cheers Hans J
  25. Ah yes - the good old Monogram Harrier! I've built the same kit and - as you - I didn't mind the raised lines! Your Harrier looks much better than mine did! Cheers Hans J
