A Bigger, Badder Aardvark: 1/48 Zoukei-Mura F-4J Phantom

Oh, what a nice finish! -
I do not think thst is the case here.... These Starfighters are not in-flight refueling capable, I 'd think those are ex Canadian... never heard of Italians still flying... stand to be corrected! As others have stated, certified tanker aircraft with remaining life in them are rare... Maybe it is worth to bring them back to life... after all you do not need to meet airforce / military mission survivability requirements... ss long as you only provide fuel for training missions!

would those help? http://www.kitreview.com/reviews/miragef1reviewdw_1.htm or do you fancy something more advanced?

'IceFire' Spitfire APR.IXc - RCAF, NewFoundland, 1944
exdraken replied to alt-92's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Nice build and story! Reading it on Aug.24, I really do not see any change in news compared to the original post date... Probably in alternative facts speech it would be called Spitice though... -
Fairey Delta 3 interceptor

That looks rather big! How does it compare to a Lightning or say a TSR-2? Great job!! -
@Filler is correct about the panel line on the nose. This should be a radar nose cone, so no panel lines. just fill them! If you want more accuracy, add the Spiral RWR at the wing root trailing edges. Only some early (80ies) planes did not have them. I think Renaissance-flight have them: https://www.renaissance-models.com/ter/index.php/avions-toutes-echelles/echelle-1-48/produits/955-mirage-2000-lance-leurres their parts are a treat by the way in case you want to dive deeper regarding markings, on Mirage F1 CRs, I guess you'd only need squadron markings and codes. let me know if you need anything specific... I could/ should have something suitable in my many kits/ decals.... on the M2000, markings depend on the base kit of course.....

Hi, if that is what the order was supposed to yes! Then I read pce over the Israeli conflicts, that there is hardly any target worth the risk... but only the combined effects and risk/loss rate of a complete campain. Kinda makes sense to me! But Vuetnam also saw B-52s with very small payloads... simply they were not designed for conventional warfare ...

Mirages are always good! Sounds reasonable what you plan! Any ideas about markings?
