  1. most of the available photos I guess are linked here https://aerobaticteams.net/en/teams/i57/Diavoli-Rossi.html couple of tanks to be seen! pylons though nearly at all period photos!
  2. Isn't even the Super Entendard capable of slightly beyond Mach 1? But for the Airforce it would definitely the first supersonic aircraft - in years! The last Fingers/ Mirages were retired in 2015?
  3. I will follow your closely 😉 Which of the schemes will it be? Do you Plan to use those large decals on the wings?
  4. that is not that much of a variety anyways when limiting to the above! not sure about that nomenclature thing if looking into history the only one where it works flawlessly is the F-5, F-16 and F/A-18 Hornet. Not even with the Super Hornet / Growler it works any longer, and before: sometimes the twin seaters were TF, or only twin seaters where procured ... just think about F-100D, F-104F/ G, F-105B/F/G, F-111A, B, D, F, F-14A,/B/D, F-4, so I guess this A/B, C/D stuff just grew on us over the last 4 decades....
  5. I did a F-84G Yugoslav Thunderjet Monogram in 1/48 in natural metal already a couple of years ago, and immediately bought some more Thunderjet kits... but never came to building them! good time to take one out! Decals will be Wolf Heritage Decals again this time, no for a camo maschine!
  6. have this in my stash for a couple of years,,, good reason to bring it out! I thought it also had GETTI TONNANTI decals, but no. Qickboost intake correction, maybe this PJ pilot will fit as well... lets see! i diavoli rossi :
  7. Does that explain the F-22 scheme then? Maybe Boeing simply lacks such a paint? The Superhornet does not sport one either....
  8. It is Kinetic, yes! Any aftermarket planned?I think the intake ring as some issues!
  9. Shafrir 1 - 0,14m, Shafrir 2 - 0,16m Sidewinder 0,127m, lengthwise only the B is relevant I think, the E completely different in shape.... seems to be a Shafrir 1 because of the canard shape and forward position and related pylon: https://www.armedconflicts.com/ISR-Shafrir-1-t41867 Shafrir 2 https://weaponsystems.net/system/1193-Shafrir
  10. Of course nor. Ido noteven know what scale this gaphic shows at my mobile phone.... More serious: I can only try to judge the shapes and relations. A Matra Magic, a Python, Shafrir or R-73 missile have much thicker, bigger diameter bodies than Sidewinder missiles while sharing roughly the same length.... Now someone for sure will prove me wrong with numbers etc 😉
  11. I doubt from those photos hat the nose is different from the series verions, but it of course has the long test pitot and is probably just a metal shape, no radar enabling, di-electric material some more stuff https://www.aereo.jor.br/2018/12/09/ha-30-anos-voava-o-primeiro-caca-saab-jas-39-gripen/# 2,3,4,5
  12. I did the old SMER etc... kit some years ago in an Egyptian scheme with exact this load out now I want to better this one the Sakr rockets and racks by the way are promised to be released by VESPA models / @AmaruTG.... hopefully available soon https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0ZxneppKDTUCVNw6DJrTpb62jQ3fZTtnQaY1dCPomF9Fubstyebc7Qq1suWrg3KMEl&id=61550545561051&mibextid=Nif5oz
  13. I stand corrected then! so in short: Mars-2 rocket pods only East German GDR Lim-5s, or Polish Lim-6s.... were any of those exported with this modification to the Middle East by coincidence? (last chance )
  14. Nice! I am currently building the original lit and I like it! the landing gear is a bit flimsy though... Is this a Shafir 1 missile?
  15. I am mostly using Revell enamel colorsand Humbrol metal cote , custom mixed .... I know, not much of a help 625 liter tanks from HobbyBoss, Eduard (basically the same ) and BAM same length, but BAM is slighty slimmer and pointier, and has more detail. (I opted for the open version fuel cap as well) and of course their pylons are for this very kit and aircraft. not a Mirage... BAM 625 liter tanks installed tank painting not finished though! cheers!
