Ladies hair extensions (the pony tail version...they are long and straight) is a good one....you would have to check the thickness for 1/72 scale...they work a well for aerials etc.

Oggy go down to your pet store and get one of those "remove pet hair from the furniture" sticky rollers and roll that over your carpet...I have retrieved many a P.E. part from the carpet....cheers good hunting -

Hi there me again......I would add an abandoned dingy half sunk in the water on the edge of the pond with a length of rope tied to a stake....be careful not to clut...looking good so far

Don't forget the thought of silicone sealer as water.....the shipping guys are using it, mind you on second thoughts resin maybe better for pond water....just a thought
