  9. I remember as a lad being apprenticed to Westlands and going up to the erecting shop to speak to my father who was a chargehand on the Lynx and sitting eating my lunch in the cockpit of these. A bit later on I was a progress chaser for the Lynx on the erecting shop and flight shed and I can remember that when production was at its hight we were producing 6 lynx a month and a couple of seakings. Love the aircraft and am doing the HAS3 but would like to get the blades to do a very early one in oxford blue with white writing. As a progress chaser with a licence to roam I was always at the paint shop when the masking came off a new customers aircraft for the first time. Happy days. Rodders
