  1. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Nice to watch this little kit well built and nice finished. Congratulations for this new gem added to your nice shelves of russian aviation!!! Think the kit itself has a lot of detail and you have extracted all to be seen, the nice paint job and soft weather enhances the model details and the technique used in the paint looks nice. All that brand kits here are like very difficult to get but while, in the stash I have two poor old ZTS kits that in truth could have nothing to see with yours, but as is what I have those fill the gap admirably in the stash... and hope one day in the shelves in the two versions the kit has. Obviously, I know those are not the same quality of yours but with 40% of good I would get compared with your nice build, I will be more than happy!!! Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  2. Hi again My Friend Roman!!! Is a little surprise to watch this little gem transformed in a wonderful build. Congratulations for this tiny masterpiece you have added to your always growing collection of vehicles!!! I liked a huge lot how this one turned, was wondering how difficult would be to build so big vehicles in a smallest scale like this one, for sure soon will look about, as have found some Old Airfix antiques in my stash, leftovers of the time I was thinking in build AFV and others, but for sure, following your nice samples will turn not as wonderful as yours but at least 40% and will be happy with that. Thank you very much for sharing, Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  3. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for another masterpiece you have added!!! Seem this year you will surpass the previous mark you got, apart of being very prolific you also went out with nice builds of nice subjects in all. I liked how this one turned, for sure the model is not so easy as to open the box and starts to glue parts…the nice paint dress, the colors you chose and additionally the nice weathering you have done are perfect. Thank you very much for sharing, Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  4. Hi Paul and Excess: I had the Mig 27 sealed and a friend and modeling pal has offered me this kit. I have watched a long time ago the Zvezda kit once in the Hobby Shop but was not attracted by this one. For sure as was the only Mig missing in my stash will get this one to fill the gap. Thank you very much for sharing!! Cheers!!!
  5. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this great build My Friend !!! Here you were in your sauce too!!! Think personally that seem you have picked the bread right out from the oven and still hot enjoyed it, you didn’t waited to be cold and hard…just have gotten a great meal right out from the kitchen preps… Is nice to enjoy a really great kit and obviously a one that was highly expected as this one!!!... Think that right in the same moment when you heard the kit will be produced and launched into the market, you started to “study” the lessons and do your homework to get the kit right the same day you got it, left aside the current builds and defined the right route to success with this one. Many of us do the same BUT the difference between you and all the others (especially as me), is that you finish the builds… Like a huge lot the “class of Luftwaffe 109 Builds” you have made here, you have studied all the recent news that appeared recently surrounding this variant and did a great masterwork in a nice job, combined the colors very well and the weathering effect is great. For sure, we will expect many more of the same kit soon, so Keep on my friend and go ahead!!! Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  6. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this one Sir!!! Is nice to watch a wonderful masterpiece you have added to your shelves, think you build wonderful but you are a true “expert” with the Russian aircraft builds. Like a huge lot the way you have combined the colors and the nice light weathering effect you have obtained with this nice subject. ALSO, is a great thing to watch the enthusiastic comments of all the crew that liked your build, and reminds with each subject about all that stuff that is dormant in our stash, one of these days for sure will resurrect them. Keep on my friend!!! Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  7. Hi Mitch!!! Congratulations for this beautiful gem of a masterpiece!!! This wonderful build you share here looks wonderful!!! I liked a huge lot the overall finish and the info you have shared. I was looking for info some months ago in the web and found a nice site dealing with lot of black and white and some color pics, history about the pilots and nice three views, as have planned a 1/72 build for a Bf109-E-4 or E-7 using the decals of the nice Hobby Boss kit using an Old But Nice still well buildable Heller kit. I was watching in detail your nice gem to get in touch with this one. I like a huge lot the nice camouflage colors you have used and also the nice weathering you have done to the overall build but specially in the dark surfaces… Very nicely done and well placed in the right places. Also, was wondering if you can tell which brand and colors you have used overall, as got attention that the yellow color is a little less orange than the RLM the Luftwaffe have used in theirs. Thank you very much in advance for your kind answer. Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  8. It’s a real and great pleasure My Friend!!! It’s a real and great pleasure to enjoy the great masterpieces shown here!!! Britmodeller is a real source of inspiration and motivation in any way or form….When one is highly depressed by ANY reason, the very best thing one can do is watch here and enjoy what can be done and later try the hand in any kit, trying to follow the guidelines expressed here to get a better advances or builds each time !!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  9. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this beautiful gem of a masterpiece!!! This bird has a lot to be said about, but after a long and careful examination will tell you that I liked a huge lot the overall finish but the most relevant thing apart from the nice camouflage you have chosen for this one, that reveals a great amount of patience and dexterity, is the nice weathering you have done to the overall build but specially in the black surfaces… Very nicely done and well placed in the right places. Without a doubt you have studied the build with enough time and nice references, and that paid a lot of dividends in a superb build!!! Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  10. Hi My Friend Roman!!! I was highly impressed with this build, and would say again Congratulations for this new Masterpiece added to your nice British birds collection!!! This model is great but with the nice additions you made it better miles ahead…, I like the soft weathering spots and how you have worked the detail in the gun bay and undercarriage parts, the paint and overall appearance are magnificent and without a doubt one of the very best builds you have showed us here…without a doubt a nice gem of a build. Keep on my friend, for sure you will have many more to show us later with the same building quality you use to show. Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  11. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this last Masterpiece added to your nice collection!!! Think that this model is as you said: Perfect and years ahead from the old SH previous efforts. The nice kit seem to be designed to get our frustration about the brand and for sure this one in the proper hands will end in a nice build. In this case, I like a huge lot the weathering and chipping this one has, nicely done, also the paint and overall appearance…for sure if one day one crosses in front of me, I would fire from my wallet without previous warning!!! While, just continue inspiring more builds with your nice work. Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  12. Wonderful build!!! Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  13. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this nice masterpiece to add to your shelves!!! Have enough time to admire the job done here and even though a small aircraft for the scale, the end result makes it like was a bigger size. I liked a huge lot the way you manage the nice discreet weathering process and the way the colors look in the build. It’s always a nice surprise to watch your builds here as an invitation to try the hand in one of those beauties you build and show here, as are like invitations to get a kit and take your wonderful masterworks as a guide to follow to get nice results. Thank you very much for sharing, Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  14. Hi Friend CT7567, Meindert, Tempestfan, Luigi, Silverkite, Boman, Hook and all here!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso Cheers
  15. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this superb addition to your masterpiece shelves!!! Have watched this superb building effort, and in truth have watched the tasks of build a kit like this one with all that things in and out, with a subtle wash, and nice discreet weather is great!!! I liked the way you have approached the build of this gen of a kit, but the job you have done is what have given life to the build. You may think that in this case your performance is not what you really wanted, but according with my eyes and what Cduckworth and mahavelona, and others that followed after them, the build is really superb!!! Remember the hiatus you leave since you started the build until you ended this one, and think that when you started the build you thought one way and when you retake the job after a long time, your appreciation is another. Keep on my friend and go ahead with another masterpiece to keep surprising us and don’t be too critical to your own work. Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  16. Hi philbrad!!! I was wondering what can I do with a very old Hasegawa/Minicraft F-16 A, this is an ancient kit from 1976 and I have one from 1980 when was released here in this side of the pond and sold cheaper as was made by Hasegawa/Minicraft Models as the one depicted here in this link: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/minicraft-hasegawa-1110-general-dynamics-f16a--164411 So, Can you advise me what I can do and which parts can modify to get other variant than the Red/White/blue early model F-16??? ... I am planning to do an early Israeli F-16 A with this one and a IAF/DF F-16B with the early Testors/Italeri kit as this one: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/testors-683-f-16-fighting-falcon--147452 Can you help me???...Thank you very much in advance!!! I made a mistake, have found the kit has the bombs and Shackles but the instructions have not idea about the position of them but watching your nice build pics will not be difficult to do that. 21. Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this new jewel you have shared with us here!!! Seem you have done all your best to end the year with this beautiful build and really you have crowned the year in great style. I like how you have managed to go ahead with the build, liked a huge lot the way you finished the bird, the nie soft weathering and the White Face Tail Wheel you added here, simply superb!!! Thank you very much for sharing and wish you and all the BM people a Great, Wonderful and Very Happy New Year 2019 with plenty of great works to build, and we have the chance to admire and enjoy!!! 22. Hi My Friend Jerzy!!! After a long long time enjoying to watch your nice build, finally four years later to this date I have got my kit in a something bizarre way...was offered some kits from one friend who is thinning his stash and was getting rid of them... He called me by phone on Tuesday offering some kits that he doesn't want to fall in bad hands...so after I told him what I wanted and he told me what he can offer...he told me this beautiful words: "I have a box with a Heller Bloch 210, you want it???"...and then on Saturday we met in McDonald's to take lunch at 7:00 A M to talk and share good time and at 11:30 we went to his car and began to extract the jewels he brought and ended with 14 new boxes that I have to pay as I can and between them came the nice model. For sure when I will build mine will ask for your great savvy advice.... BTW, the kit has no bombs, and to build one like yours was wondering which kit will be the right donor to get the bombs and shackles to make this interesting machine. Thank you very much in advance for your kind answer!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso
  23. Hi My Friend Jerzy!!! Watching your nice builds made me think in look about the old but nice Airfix Widgeon, will look again and take note about the interior cockpit work you have done and will see one of these coming days. Merry Christmas and a wonderful time with your family there, cheers to your brother too, both of you guys are great!!! Cheers. Luis Alfonso
