  1. Hi all This is a representation of the Werner Voss Fokker F.1 done with the Mengnut Wings kit. The kit is really a pleasure to build Painting done by oil over acrylic. Have a nice day Pierre
  2. Hello Yes Badder it was present. I used it to represent the defeat. Regards Pierre
  3. hello Badder i had it in the stash since two or three years. There are some on ebay but quite expensive. Maybe try the one from Dragon. i will look in my local store. regards pierre
  4. Hello Rob As John said glossy varnish (x22 tamiya very diluted or klir -future- with flat brush). i don’t use anymore washes from any brand. I do it with fine oil (very interesting for the choice of the color) and i can precisely dilute it (less or more pigments) with Abteilung oil thinner. With a small round brush it takes some time but you keep paint clean. Cheers pierre
  5. Hello Almost finished...just missing an umbrella antenna.. Have a nice day Pierre
  6. Hello fellow modelers At first a Czech car, then used by german police at the beginning of the war. Will be all grey Let's start with some modulation; black, white and grey .. Cheers Pierre
  7. Thank you very much. Simon: i did a pin wash with raw umber and black. Then a coat of glossy varnish. Then some dots of raw umber blurred with a flat brush to make shadows. I have painted again the face of the figure. I would like to have yet the book of David Parker but takes a long time to arrive due to lockdown.. IMG_0492 by Take care Pierre

  9. thank you Simon, Thank you John The mesh screen comes from a little (and thick) fret of PE included in the box. The frame is little bit fragile but the fit is perfect. Adding some accessories, earth and splash mud. Not to much cause i have always the fear to over done. Edit: i have erase some chipping on jerrycans. It was too visible. Add also white cross on grey Jerrycan.
  10. Thank you Simon Concerning the relation to the last defender of Constantinople i don't think so...but who knows A step forward, almost all the accessories are in place: Cheers Pierre

  16. The last modifications: - the pickaxe was upside-down. HB did a mistake, but if it's placed in the good way hatches can't be opened.. - i have flattened the canvas under the turret. Now i do not touch it anymore Cheers Pierre
  17. Next step with the first stage of priming. Grey for base, and later white for light and dark grey for shadow, and then DAK. Inner hull is painted with white tinted with a drop of beige color and a brown wash. Cheers Pierre
  18. Hello fellow modelers Well, lockdown is quite propice to build kits who were sleeping on the shelves. This kit was initially issued by Italeri (Puma) in 1980 and i am very pleasantly surprised by the quality and the precision of assemblies. Usually i'm an aircraft builder and i must confess that building AFV is really something pleasant. Painting stage comes quickly Suspension arms, direction, lower and upper hulls are glued without any trap. Some more to glue and then the painting stage; probably DaK covered by whitewash. Take care. Cheers. Pierre
  19. Thank you so much Gents I added some more weathering to bring more life and have changed the pictures. Have a good day and take care ! Cheers Pierre
  20. Hello Fellow modelers One of the most elegant vehicle of reconnaissance French Panhard Ebr-10. Defmodels wheels highly recommended instead the vinyl ones provided by Hobby Boss. No traps with this kit except the bad location of one headlight (the larger headlight located front right side should be at the rear). A really pleasant kit to build. Ideal for beginners Take care Cheers Pierre
  21. Finished now More pics in Ready for inspection section. Take care. Cheers Pierre
  22. Last straight line. Missing some details and some dust and this elegant reconnaissance vehicle will be finished.
  23. Thx John Actually with the lockdown you can find it at oupsmodel.com (France) or passion132.com (Belgium). Takes some days to arrive, but arrives. I use it very diluted (about 50%) in thin layers. Cheers Pierre
  24. Thank you so much mates. A little step forward. Lot of details to add and some more weathering to come.
