WHS are starting to redo the stores that will be fitted out with a model section over the next coming couple of weeks

I know that's why specifics aren't mentioned although I do wonder why WHSmith didn't buy them when they were in admin? I take it if they did then they would be liable for the debt whereas if they let the company go under the debt effective "disappears" so buying the name and stock(although no one ever did find out who bought it all) they would effectively be starting from a zero balance?

Wh smith have bought the modelzone name and looking at opening 10 stores exactly what they will stock is anyone's guess just now.

My last ever purchase from modelzone, got £100 knocked off it.

They are taking stock from the smaller stores and moving them to the bigger ones.

Skoda's finished! The builder said its the most frustrating model he's ever worked of as the resin reacted at several points during the build.

Silverburn is shutting on sunday and city centre is getting their stock and staying open till the end of august.

Thanks hopefully have the decals sorted now on the hunt for wheels! Need white 5 spokes anyone know any 1/43 kits that come with any? Closest I can find is RA148 or 92 Anyone used them before? http://www.deroosautominiaturen.com/wiel43.htm The white car is the spare evo x race car.

After 2 years ive managed to source a couple of blue 1/43 evo x's so getting them done up like my mate x race car but trying to find some where decent to get decals done. Did speak to red firecracker on here but he doesnt do them anymore but has gave alot of advice.Also if anyone knows if you can get white 5 spokes that would be good too! Would also be getting the old evo 7 1/18 redecaled as they are starting to peel and fade now I was thinking maybe even asking someone that vinyls full size cars but may be able to scale it down as i have vinyl marlboro decals on my VK holden and thats been perfect.

They were 2m W x 3m H x4m D IIRC

Octavia's coming along nicely. Green stripe on the bumper had to be painted as it wasn't included with the decals. Had to get green seatbelts too
