Hi all,
I have decided to use my PC as a flight sim/gaming machine and was wondering what I can disable / delete to make my sims run better. I am led to beleive, its all down to memory and graphics cards, but then, I'm no computer whiz kid.
I have a 3.06 Ghz Pentium 4 processor, 1 Gig memory, 120 Gig HD, GeForce 4 128MB Graphics card.
I won't be using the PC for surfing the net (laptop for that) so I know I can disable Norton.
Cheers
Andy
Hi Andy
disableing /deleting won't improve your running of flight sim / gaming your main ingredients for this are processor, RAM and graphics card, your processor and RAM look just fine, however your graphics card is way too small for modern games, you will need to look into what graphics cards your mother board can accept, then get the largest one you can afford and replace your old one.
Hope this helps
Pete
