Here is a pic. of the tyres in the Fujimi kit - which do not look bad to me - but it is nearly 40 years since I saw a set!!! Incredible really that it was so long ago!

Yes-
Generally the quality of the kit appears good - nice and crisp. Some chrome bits which may need toning down a bit but will need AMs such as seat belts etc. depending upon how detailed I decide for the cockpit. Decals seem quite good too - not a lot of course as the finish was fairly tame.
