Photoetch set for Minicraft or Daco 737 300, 400 or 500

The Boeing 737 is a very popular airliner with the world airlines, and the mid range that consisted of the 300, 400 and 500 (often known as the Classics) are still widly used. Modellers have the popular Minicraft models, and the Skyline Daco range of these aircraft, with an extensive range of aftermarket decals to use. Now we have some etch to add that little bit extra to the exterior.
This etch set is very nice and includes details for the main under carrage bay with the walls and a seperate part for the various cables and wires in the bay. Also included is a full set of undercarriage doors, which will replace the overly thick plastic kit parts. Landing gear details are also included as well as a full nose bay well and new thinner doors.

There are etched fan blades for the engine fronts, and some careful bending of the blades will produce a very nicely detailed engine.
The set finishes with the various antenna that adorn the airframe, and a pair of delicate windshield wipers. The instructions are double sided black and white sheet, which are very clear and easy to follow.

Conclusion
This is a nice set that will add a lot of detail to your 737. I would think that this is best for a builder that is more experienced using photoetch, and a bending tool would be invaluble. As an airliner builder myself, Ill be using these in future builds.
