Hi Rowan
How about a generic sheet of prop logos, wheel palmer cord markings, lift here etc. Lozenge from the uk also would not be bad as we wonŽt get clobbered by the customs lads. I haveŽnt ordered from you yet but the reviews have been so good that iŽll have to get some sneaked past my missus (shared bank account) I think you know the scenario. Bristol f2b in 1/32 for wingnuts is drawing me in. Any chance of payment with BIC/swift and Iban. numbers with euro giro. IŽm living in Austria and the bank transfer system on this side of the channel only costs a couple of euros. Otherwise iŽll have to slide in with paypal.
All the best
Andrew

Hello Andrew,
I use Paypal for all non-UK orders. The other routes you mention seem to be expensive in the UK, anyway. Paypal seems to be quite a good means of supporting your habit in a - ahem - more clandestine fashion. You do have to put money in there in the first instance, of course, or it draws from the attached bank account and then you'll get rumbled!! If you sell things on ebay, or even here, the proceeds can go into Paypal and stay there, to be spent or transferred to your bank as you see fit. It seems that a lot of modellers use Paypal in this way.
At the moment I'm including Palmer Chord lettering, lift here notices and arrows and prop logos on the various sheets. Eventually I will get round to some generic stuff, I'm sure.

Hi Rowan.
Here's a story,you probably know about,(or not??).
In a place,in deepest Essex,called Stow Maries,(near Maldon/Burnhm)is a Museum,currently being built.
It is dedicated to the RFC/RAF Home defence Squadron(s),tasked with the,(often),Night-time interception,of the Zeppelin-threat,
followed,later by the Gotha Bombers.
i believe,the Squadron in question,is No.37,(Home Defence),Squadron,utilising various Types,
such as B.E.12c,Sopwith Camel S.E.5a,Bristol Fighter,etc,etc.
Would this interest you,as a subject ??
(I'm afraid,YOU will have to do further digging,for Markings,etc....)
HTH??
Cheers,Bazza.

Italian subjects are certainly high on my list of things to do - particularly the Hanriot. The Osprey book is very good, particularly Harry Dempsey's profiles. I can also highly recommend the Schiffer Italian aces book - much greater depth of coverage (for a much higher price, admittedly) although the profile work is not a patch on that in the Osprey book.
