Here's my entry for the FAA 100 anniversary.

I'm thinking of building it with the rudder, elevators and flaps in deflected positions, just to bring the model to life.

Right I've started cutting plastic, by assembling the weapon's bay and cockpit.

Some more done to the pit of the Gannet, with some detail being added from a spare Pavla cockpit floor I had laying around.





I think its nearley ready for slapping paint on.

Were the seats black along with the rest of the interior? Or silver?

Looks like a nice bird there, and looks to me to be better than the trumpeter effort.

Just a word of warning, most Gannet seats were built from bakelite so were a reddish brown colour, almost an orangy brick red with a leather back.
