Karl,
That is just beautiful!!! The paint looks excellent, the decals look to have gone on really well & the overall look of the model is simply stunning!! You were worried that the body wasn't going to sit well on the chassis - it looks perfect in the pics, did it actually turn out as good as it looks?
Brilliant build, stunning model!!
Cheers

Thanks Keef! It's not perfect no, but I'm very happy with it anyway. I was very worried about the bodyshell fitting, I had to twist the chassis something rotten to get it to fit as well as it does, lots of twisting, glueing, and holding it together for an age!!
Karl.

Hi Karl
Quite superb - amazing how Racing car design has changed over the years, the front wing is tiny ! Excellent paintwork and attention to detail.
Congratulations on an excellent build, really is a flawless job

Hey Karl, superb job on the RE-30 mate. Very nice detail throughout and finish looks spot on. (Glad you didn't build it as the Prof's mount! )
Well done.
Doc
beautiful work - that looks stunning.
'amazing how Racing car design has changed over the years, the front wing is tiny'
the RE-30B was the 1982 car - the last year ground effect cars ran. if front wings were fitted (some cars ran without) they were only there for trimming the effects of the main body of the car, not providing all the front downforce as they do now. Niki Lauda has a few interesting things to say about them in his autobiography, as he left the sport as the wing cars were being introduced, and then came back in the last year they ran.

That's looking very nice Karl, especially after the little niggles you had with it. Top stuff.

Isn't she lovely!
The acres of room they had for putting radiators etc in is amazing.
And thank you Karl - I am glad to see I am not the only one leaving PRMs where the Sun don't normally shine.
cheers
