  7. Get some "Goo Gone" - it is made for removing glue residue, doesn't harm plastic or paint and gives your model a pleasant citrus smell HTH, Ian

  9. coposite guru, Using Tamya acrylics the following are good mixes:- Dull Roundel Red - Mix of 75% flat Red (XF-7 ), 25% NATO Brown (XF-68) Blue - Mix of 95% flat Blue (XF-8), 5% flat Black (XF-1) Yellow - Flat Yellow (XF-3) with a tiny amount of flat Red (XF-7) HTH, Ian

  15. Pat, If you can get "Goo Gone" in the U.K. it is made for the purpose (removing gooey residues) and doesn't react with paint/Future etc. It also has a pleasant orange citrus smell so your models will smell good enough to eat . HTH, Ian
