HMS Turbulent, Airfix new 1/350 Trafalgar Class SSN Options

Evening All,

Just started this little beut, what a cracker of a kit,
most of the construction is now done with only a handfull of parts left to fix in place.
Started this kit as a bit of light relief from my Lusty build following my car incident of last thursday.

Only an hour or so put into the kit so far.

The box picture is of HMS Turbulent, my uncle served for 10 year aboard her so couldn't resist making mine
into the Turbulent.





As you can see very little filler is required but a little care is needed around the aft section when joing the
3 piece hull parts.












Rear hydroplanes and rudders.





The propulsor outer case is very thin and should look great once in position.




Here is the hull next to my HMS Vanguard kit, just so you can see the difference in size,
both are the same scale.



All in all a nice kit, worth the 7 or so quid that Airfix charge, I'll be getting another one.
