LionRoar Copper Beams 1.0mm, 0.5mm, 0.2mm ![]() Although these items state that they are copper on the packaging, I suspected that they had a brass plating, so out came the harsh files for a quick looksee. They appear to be brass to the core, but that's just a "by eye" conclusion from their coloring. I stand to be corrected. It's a simple product, and for your money you get 6 lengths of 20cm rod in the two smaller diameter packs and 5 in the larger 1mm pack. The length is perfectly suitable for all but the most unusual applications, and the range of sizes very handy. The larger sizes would be well suited to pinning weak joints on models as well as being useful for detailing kits or scratch built ventures. ![]() Easily cut with nippers, scissors (not your best ones!), and easily bent to shape, they're another great addition to the modeller's toolbox from LionRoar. Conclusion What's not to like about a uniform product like this that comes in a handy packet with the size printed on it to stop you from losing them or using the wrong size?
