Madmonk
I originally bought this kit with this GB in mind so even though I have already started the Tripod I though I would run this one along side. The idea being that if I get a block on one the other will help clear it. Box pic. It's not a complicated kit and the parts are fairly large and not many. Scale is 1/20. Also got main body painted but still drying so photo tomorrow. Base had also been primed and given an initial shot of desert sand. Madmonk
Whilst waiting to find my solder on the Tripod build I managed a bit of time on this. Base completed. Body painted. Now for the cockpit, which for such a small craft has a lot of buttons and indicators!
Madmonk
Quick update. Cockpit painted. Test fitted to body. Pilot and canopy left to do. Cheers, Warren
philp
That is looking sharp. Always thought this thing needed to be painted up in Shark markings with the mouth, eyes and gills.
Madmonk
Another quick up date. Pilot finished. Looks like he is doing a Tommy Cooper impression until I fit the steering column. Cheers, Warren
