That B-29 is actually a Chinese Tupolev copy, it's a real (or was a real) AEW platform

Lovely photos F-32. It has given me an idea of what I missed on some tables only managing cursory looks at the great models there.

SInce you invited modellers here to ID their work, I'm responsible for the Canadian stuff like the Hornets, Lanc, C-46 and Mars (and the rest of the Canuck stuff on the table. The Vincent motor bike, Victor (lots of rework of the Matchbox kit) was by a colleague, John Evans, as were the two cars and Slava class vessel on the same table.
Rather like the French Jets among the many other excellent modelling.
For me, of all the shows I've attended, this years Modelfest has been my favourite!

i watched a tv progamme about these planes the russians even copied the boeing name on the control yokes in the cockpit

Thanks for posting these photos as the one thing I forgot was my camera! A really excellent show with much interest in the MOD (PE) line up which kept myself and speedy busy! Our models in the photos are the 1/48 "nuke loaded" Wasp, 1/32 ETPS Hawk, 1/72 Boscombe Hastings and Argosy and the 1/48 Ripple Canberra, all of which have featured on Britmodeller at some time.
