Eduard's 1/48 (new) Tempest

It's the old plastic, with new resin and etched parts, plus a better decal sheet. ;)

Hi everyone

is the new Tempest by Eduard is new tooling or just reboxing of the old kit?

From the pics on the Eduard site, it's the old tooling.

But, it does have a new bit of photo etch which is for the whell wells, which does look good. The original kit wells are very bare!

looks landing light surrounds too.

kit is 'sold out' . There are a couple of correction sets available, in the UK your best bet will be the A2Zee set.

the Jaguar set is very good too but more available in the USA
