Brian G
For those 'Not in the Know', in Post No 8 the Nose Landing Gear, (NLG), shows the early model of NLG. This has the two 'Scissors Links' whereas the later models of NLG only had the one Scissor Link. Also in the shots of the NLG, be aware that there is a 'Gag' fitted around the fescalised portion of the NLG strut, (the shiney bit!). Cheers, Brian
splinter
To dig this one from dust ... I was attending Air Power 11 in Zeltweg, Austria on Saturday... And guess what surprise was on static... I didn't even know they were coming ... Oh, and Wayne Gretzky was there, too ... Took some 80 pics, just of all three Tonkas, maybe there's still hope to finish the one, I started ... Moved to reference sticky.Merv Edited July 4, 2011 by spike7451
