Yes another 1/48th Gloster (Sea) Meteor F.Mk.3.

I know, it's not original but OzH and richc post attract my eyes.

Another build of the same aircraft : http://zeke21.zero-city.com/model/metrh.html

As I never resist to the EDSG/Sky scheme I've decided to build - just like richc - the EE337/FD/051 as on strength with 703 NAS at RNAS Ford in the early 50s .

The 1/48th Gloster Meteor F.3 Tamiya kit is very well engineered and need hardly any filler. It took me only one day to build the complete airframe. Uncredible but true.

I scratch built cockpit extra details with plastic rods and strips, put fairings over the cannons apertures, closed the belly gun ejector ports, shortened the engines exhausts and put underfuselage attachments for the arrester hook.
