Antoine
I've started to work on this project this afternoon, but I've got a real problem: My Canon Powershot is out of service for the moment, and I'm going to send it back to them so that they can sort things out. But for the moment, the only solution I've got is to use my cellular phone to take some pics. I don't have to tell you that those are too bad when I try to get some small details, so it is not a real solution. I only hope that I'll get my Powershot back not too late. So here's the ugliest pic that I've ever taken: Then: Kit =>Hasegawa GR1/A 1/72 Aftermarket => - Airwaves MB mk9 seat - Eduard photo etched for ... Jaguar A! (Nevermind) - Model alliance decal sheet International Selection. - Wing tanks from Italeri Jaguar E. I'll drop the airwaves bang seat, as the Eduard photoetched provide enough to make the seat look quiet real, and keep it for another jag (the Italeri two seater). So far the seat is ready for painting, as the pit himself. I just need to "googlease" a little to find a photo from the cockpit's sides, so that I can make them look a little better. hatchet
Looking forward to it Antoine! Can I just ask, is there parts in that kit to do a French A?
Antoine
Yes, Martin. With that kit, in fact, and with little modifications (I'm not 100% sure, but others can confirm this for the GR3), you can make every single seater jaguar, appart from the Indian IM, where the nose is different. The only thing is, if you want an armed Jaguar A, to get another kit (Italeri two seater Jaguar for an AS30L and ATLIS pod), as there are only the 2 Magic that suits a French aircraft in the haseg box. And there are very very few pics of Jaguar A with magics... Edited November 4, 2007 by Antoine

Antoine
Thanks mate.I wasn't considering Magics as a real option for the load - more likely it would be AS-30Ls, ATLIS II and some ECM stuff. Then everyting is is the Italeri's box: AS30L, ATLIS designation pod, Barax and Barracuda ECM pods, and they all looks great, with the good shape. There is also a Magic II, but it is ugly and useless.
Antoine
Did a little bit of work today: I didn't do an extensive work on the pit, only added some photo etched parts, painted it black, and dry brushed the whole thing in dark grey. Tried to work a little more on the bang seat, still with the help of photo etched parts, and then painted it black, with green cushion and brown seat belts. Again, I drybrushed the seat frame in dark grey. The whole fuselage was assembled, but as you can see, there will be a sanding session soon!!! Did also some work on the landing gear.
