Ponti
Hi Me again, If you all haven't guessed I'm building a Hornet ( Academy's 1/32nd ) What I want to know is how to set the leading edge slats and what angle they should be. The instructions tell you how to do the flaps ect on the rear of the wing but not the front. They also only give you the parts to set the rears to a maximum of 45o. Would you say that they are 45o or more. What I want to do is have the plane at rest like the 1 below Any and all help or comments welcome, as I'm outside my favoured subjects Edited October 25, 2007 by Ponti

atdb27
Hi Ponti, According to p59 of the F-18 Walk Round by Sqdn Signal the " leading edge flaps can deflect to their full 30 degrees. Hope this solves the problem. Adrian
