Touvdal Posted November 25, 2010 Share Posted November 25, 2010 (edited) I got inspired by mention of the Polish ship, so remembered that I had this ship in the stash. The Admiral Scheer was involved in the battle right at the start, 4. September 1939 being attached by Blenheims of 110 sq., while at anchorage at Wilhelmshaven, and actually being hit by a bomb from Plt. Off. Ling's plane, but it was a dud that only destroyed the Ar 196 floatplane by impact.
