Slighty Larger Choo Choos

Hi All,

Bit of a lurker I admit but enjoy a bit of placcy modelling when I get time which isn't as often as I would like.

Anyway my first hobby which is on hold at the moment is model engineering. I have built a 5" gauge English Electric class 37 which is powered by two 12v car

batteries in series to give 24v. These supply the current to drive 4 electric motors in the bogies.

Still want to finish a steam loco I started but having a three year old spare time is very limited.

Hi there,

Any chance of a picture of your 37? Sounds like a interesting little (if that word can be used for a 37 of any gauge) engine. Nice S15 in your video as well Where was it taken?
