desmojen
Nice work John! Why do UK museums insist on exhibiting in near darkness? Jen.

miduppergunner
Nice work John! Why do UK museums insist on exhibiting in near darkness? Jen. I don't know but I recall when they opened Hendon they explained the nature of the lighting and gave guidance as to exposure etc. for various films and speeds. Perhaps is is now something to do with carbon emissions. Nice pictures anyway - thanks
Mike
That's made me want to visit... lots of planes I've not seen in the flesh since I was a nipper Nice shots... I had a similarly interesting experience at Cosford, trying to get decent exposures in the new Cold War hanger... I was really glad of my tripod. Favourite jet of the day has to be the ME262, it just had that something that kept me captivated for a while. Regards, John. Andy K
Great pics! Indeed I used to enjoy looking at the Me262 too.....until they moved it to Hendon! Nevermind we've still got the Me410 to stare at which is just as nice

Fmk.6john
Ed The Brick doesn't seem to have done anything for a couple of years now, she is 'shoved' nto one corner with old displays seemingly dumped nearby, it would make a wonderfull Gulf war diorama with not much effort, but then again that's just Hendon all over . Fmk.6john
Not just March Ed, I have the same picture from over a year ago, the thing is she is in such a position that as you walk into the hall people just walk right past and don't even see her John.
