As Tranche 1 Block 5 aircraft are coming on line they seem to be getting issued to all the squadrons rather than forming a new squadron of just block 5 aircraft. I wonder if it's just to make sure all of them are current on the latest software, avionics and PIRATE concurrently rather than having to rotate pilots through a type conversion?
