Mentalguru
I didn't realise this buildwas up to the end of '45, so I'm out I'm afraid.
Erwin
I didn't realise this buildwas up to the end of '45, so I'm out I'm afraid. Didn't know that too. Not that I build modern stuff. But it should be all eras. And why from 1 Jan 1918 and not earlier ? The first tank in combat was on 15 Sept 1916 Just my opinion. daz greenwood
I think it's good that we have an Armour covering WW1 to 1945. We had a modern Armour GB two years ago. Edited March 21, 2010 by daz greenwood

That's why it's 1918-1945. http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=34918

Hey Daz- I'm not being grumpy- it's just that I only have 1 piece of suitable armour- I think- and that's a modern armoured car!

TheModeller
This might be the wrong place but I thought I'd better check! Is it too late to join in? After my epic fail with last years D-Day GB I just want to get something completed, trouble is work is keeping me from the bench so it needs to be something small and fast to build. I'd like to put in a Tamiya 1/48th Austin Tilly that will eventually be part of a small diorama. The diorama itself sits forlorn on my bench half-finished! I won't include the diorama as its more than 20% done, but if it works out I may post a few pics of the Tilly in place once I'm finished, I just want to get something completed and painted!
