hatchet
A Merlin passed by my house today First time I've seen it here, until now it's always been Sikorskys or Lynx'. We usually get a pass once or twice a month, presumably because they're going to one of the islands in the fjord. Hopefully I'll be able to get a better pic next time! Grant
Cool. Nice to hear of them in action. I used to think that nose looked weird, but now I am used to it, the bog standard Mk3 nose now looks weird!! cheers Grant

hatchet
Whats the light patch? Looks like green primer? It's a high-visibility patch, like you usually see in dayglo. For some reason, we selected this yellow-green colour. Edited August 31, 2007 by hatchet

J35 Draken
The green in itself is quite interesting. It's like the paint on the Raptor, sort of matallic from some angles. It's a pretty neat colour when on the Danish Merlin's, especially with the dayglow areas. But it just looks awful as an all over scheme on the RAF machines.
