Yea Italeri really FUBARed the decals and the painting instructions for that. However, that being said, it really is a good question as to what colour(s) RCN Light Grey was...

Try Belcher Bits decals. I believe they have a sheet with markings for a Sikorsky. I've used thier decals on my CAF CH-124 Seaking and they are very nice.
