David_in_Fremont
Greetings! Just put the finishing touches on this one this evening and thought I would share it. This is a fantastic kit from Hasegawa that I'd recommend to anyone! Great fit, great details and just plain fun to build. I'm particularly happy with this one because not one decal was used in the build. Everything is paint, and that's a first for me. I bought the Eduard Big Ed set for this project and used the interior set and engine set, but little else. I have another of these kits in the stash, so that's fine by me. The paint is mostly Tamiya with Alclad II used for the NMF bits. Thanks for looking! Edited September 2, 2009 by David_in_Fremont
TRUSKY1965
Very nice indeed! A very reallistic cockpit. The paint and weathering are awesome! A beautiful and elegant japanese plane. Regards. TRUSKY1965.

David_in_Fremont
Hi David Love the green what shade did you use? Vince Hi Vince, I used Tamiya XF-13 JA Green for the upper surface and XF-14 for the underside. Both were heavily thinned and applied lightly to get a somewhat blotchy effect. Peter B
Hi David Love the green what shade did you use? Vince Green? Looks like a shade of grey to me, but then again I am a tad colourblind! V nice build though David. I am tempted to add one of these to my growing stash! Peter
