1/100 scale ?

I came across this old thread whilst looking to expand my stash of 1/100 kits. Iv'e long been a fan of this scale and in particular the Tamiya and Takara but also have a few old Frog 1/96 kits. Recently one of the issues I had with decals has been solved with the advance in "print your own" decals. Many of the kits I have are nearly 40 years old so the decals are at the least not the best and in many cases unusable. Also the choice has been less than thrilling. My first venture is a set of decals for the lightning F6 covering 111 , and 56 Sqn. They are still a "work in progress" but once done I plan to recreate the decals for the B52F as mine are shot. If anyone would like a copy of either or ones I do in future id be happy to forward if you can cover cost of the decal paper and postage (Im in France).

VEB Plasticart kits are almost not mentioned at all in this thread. Among all their 1/100 kits are:
