Paul
I've always liked the Bronco and also its resemblance to the drop ship in the film Aliens, so I'm looking forward to this straight oob and in desert camo. A couple of the painted cockpit area Last night's progress joining the dinky fuselage and attaching the wing
AnonymousFO98
Nice start Paul have always fancied a Bronco (that just sounds so wrong!) will be interested to watch this one develop
Paul
Some more work on the Bronco The main issue is getting enough weight in the nose to prevent tail sitting, I don't think I've done enough yet and will have to pack the area behind the rear cockpit bulkhead. Other than that its a lovely kit.
Paul
It's been ages since I made any progress on this kit. I'm finding it really hard for some reason. Its quite fiddley stuff, especially joining the canopy. Still, I'm hoping to get it done in time.
Mike
You're not kidding! October??!?!!? Looks good though - it's an aircraft I've warmed to since I saw one on display at Pima
fraxinus
great aircraft....dunno why but I have a fascination with the Bronco & if work permits hope to find time to build one as an Army Air Corps 'what if'...useful to be warned about the canopy glazing will watch progress with interest
Paul
Disaster! On removing the canopy masking I realised that primer had got into a gap and spread itself liberally around the inside of the cockpit Bugger. Its the last straw for this one I'm afraid. theplasticsurgeon
Sad to see this one go south - I've got one of those on the bench. How is the canopy attached? Can you remove it, scrub the paint off - and re-do the canopy. Another alternate is to pait the glazed areas black/grey.
