The markings are for one of two aircraft that were flown from Al Kharj in Saudi Arabia carrying out reconnaissance mission for the UN looking for WMD just before the invasion of Iraq in 2003. IIRC this is the Dassault build that was supposed to be a Special weapons ( ) Bomber. Somewhat on the order of the General Dynamics B-58 "Hustler".
