RF-4EJ colours

Another JASDF colour question. The grey/green scheme that some of the RF-4EJ's wear, anyone know the colours? They look subtly different to the USAF Euro1.

Nev,by RF-4EJ's i take it you mean the JADSF phantom that still retains the gun nose but, has the capability to carry the specialised recon pod? As the ones with the recon nose and no gun are just plain RF-4E's.

They look like they are in the Euro 1 scheme, though the darker of the two greens looks like it might just have been changed to the green they use on their RF-4E's.

Nev,

I believe the JASDF did the same thing with their lizard-type scheme as USAF did, i.e. replaced the tan with dark grey.

I have not gotten round to painting one in those colours yet, but for the two greens I would recommend Humbrol 88 and FS 34097 (I use MM for that one).

According to Hasegawa's kit the colours are FS 34102, 34092 and 36081, i.e. the same colours as the UUUSAF A-10 Euro I scheme.
