Notdoneyet
So there I was this afternoon slathering oil paint over my D-Day GB Spitfire when a turboprop droned low overhead .....and again ....and again........ My curiosity piqued I went out into the back garden in time to see a Canadair CL415 Water Bomber at eye level through the trees (I live part way up a "mountain"). It was obviously picking up water from the River Richelieu nearby, so a quick 5 min trip down to the river enabled me to take these :- I bet the drivers in the traffic on the Hwy 20 bridge thought "What the @#$!" as it dropped over them to "land" A very impressive piece of flying in the very strong and gusty crosswind conditions and with another bridge a half mile or so downstream. Thanks for looking. Ian

plastic constructor
Fantastic photograph, I have one of the Canadair water bombers in the stash (oh no, I've come out of the closet), now you all know I'm not just a truck modeller. Nick.
