Andy Mullen
Just got back from Fairford after another 5 great days photoing some great aircraft. A news story I haven't seen posted yet was the Thunderbirds with their new owner - Delboy Delboy (aka Sir David Jason) watching his new rides land, stood next to his old one. And Rodney (aka Maj. William Poteet) giving him the thumbs up after giving Number 4 a run around the block. Hopefully I should have some more photos to post shortly - only got 2000 photos this year Edited December 24, 2007 by Andy Mullen

Andy Mullen
First photo was taken at 13:35:01 12/07/2007, and second at 13:37:55 12/07/2007. Delboy and helo arrived at 11:15 and by 11:20 had been whisked into the VIP Enclosures. During the TBirds rehearsal the helo was pulled back out and Delboy had a press conference and left sometime after 14:00 Here is a link to the first days shooting. >> RIAT 2007 12 July << One of my favourites Edited December 24, 2007 by Andy Mullen

model_madness
Great shots in your photoalbums Andy!! I notice now in order to catch all the action, unobstructed by crowds, the thing is to be there early or on the Thurs/Fri or following Mon. Bennygman
Nice shooting Andy - and thanks for confirming that was Bruce in the Bulldog. I thought it was, but at my age the eyes sometimes play tricks Steve.

Andy Mullen
>> 14 July photos << - public day #1 - the sunny day Some highlights probably the only time I shall ever see these beauties. I just loved this paint scheme Shes is looking fantastic in her new markings. I believe Red 10 mentioned that this was the only the 7th display this year the Reds had managed without any interruptions :shithappens: Edited December 24, 2007 by Andy Mullen

Mike
Fantastic pics Andy Yup... I loved the game of chase that the 3 Spits were playing with the Hurri... it's just a shame that they didn't do anything more acrobatic in front of the crowds. Bennygman
More great shots Andy - love the Flanker I was quite disappointed when they didn't taxi out past P&V West, then took off like rockets - oh well, next time. Those clouds were weird weren't they? I was looking at them while queuing Sunday morning. I noticed that the Reds practice was disrupted by an intrusion on Friday too - when the singleton broke off from the main formation I hoped he was off to shoot the bugger down! Steve.
