The black lines are where I draw out the panel lines prior to scribing, I find it much easier to see them!

C'mon Oz... do some more! I'm enjoying seeing this one go together, and am slightly tempted to get mine out... especially seeing that there's an Airfix one on the way. If I don't build it now, when WILL I build it? :hmmm:

Keep up the good work :)

Bit heavy on the preshade - could do with another coat I think... the real things didn't look so patchy.

Don't forget fuel dump pipe on starboard wing, and to extend the ducting that runs from the cockpit side back until it nearly meets the next panel line aft of its current ending (why does every Sea Vixen kit except the Highplanes one get this wrong?).

Looks fun! I've heard some things about using Mike Grant decals before, are they generic 'clock' faces?

I used some of MG's instrument faces on my Canberra and they work a treat. They are generic but there are several different instruments and sizes to choose from. Just make sure to seal them before you cut them out as they will scratch.

Finished!

Had a bit of time over the weekend so got on with getthing this one finished.

The base is my usual, chopping board and pizza base! This time representing forward end of a carrier deck.

The tow arm is from Flightpath RAF Modern Diorama set. The Buddy refueling pod is also Flightpath. Strongly recommend both, really good.

Wheel chocks are scratch built from balsa and the access ladders are scratch built from scrap plastic
