Italeri 1/72 RAF C130K C.1 Hercules XV214, El Centro, Red Devils circa 1984. Enjoyable build, only complications were caused by having her in flight, whereas the kit is obviously designed for wheels down configuration. Decals are a mix of those from the kit and aftermarket to change from XV215 (kit) to XV214.

First three pictures with a bit of manipulation to simulate some prop blur.

Hopefully she should be gracing the ceiling of an ex-Red Fred in time for crimbo.

Lovely model but can I offer a constructive criticism? I'm 99% sure that the full fuselage serial numbers of the camo Hercs in that period were black even though the last 3 on the nose and fin were white. There's quite a few pictures on Airliners.net if it helps.
